Art Nouveau mood board and inspiration


The first inspiration for this board comes from the Art Nouveau or Jugendstil which is an international philosophy and style of art, architecture and applied art - especially the decorative arts - that was most popular during 1890 — 1910.

The second inspiration is the sailor princesses known as senshi from the Sailor Moon Japanese shōjomanga series written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi.

The third inspiration comes from Japanese flower paintings of a cherry blossom, spider chrysanthemum, and iris.
